Who is Sabrina Filzmoser?

Education breeds confidence. Confidence breeds hope. Hope breeds peace.

As an Olympic elite athlete, Sabrina Filzmoser has had the opportunity and privilege to gain training experience in the mountainous and hard-to-reach Himalayan region. Her connection to the mountains and countless stays have helped her mature as a person, and the people of the region have become like brothers and sisters to her.

After her last Olympic Games in Tokyo 2021, she has devoted herself entirely to her development project “Everest Judo” to provide children in the Himalayan region with sustainable, equal, and valuable education and future opportunities through sports. She is also involved with the International Judo Federation (IJF) and serves as the IJF Climate Ambassador.
